OrboTech Group is looking for a finance assistant to Sundsvall

Are you passionate about numbers and problem solving and want to work in a growing group of companies? OrboTech Group, led by OrboTech Sweden and Johans Städmaskiner, is now looking for a full-time finance assistant to join our finance and admin team in Sundsvall. Together with committed colleagues, you will become an important part of our fast-paced business and our ambition to change the cleaning industry and make a difference for our customers.

About the service
As a financial assistant with us, you are an important part of everyday life - both for our wonderful financial and admin team, but also for all the other colleagues in the group of companies.

You will work broadly with everything from registering and managing supplier invoices, to ongoing accounting and more pure admin tasks. We work digitally and support both each other and our fantastic customers on issues related to finance and administration in OrboTech Group's various companies.

The finance department is located at the head office in Sundsvall together with several other departments, which creates a nice mix of people and a wonderful community.

We believe in freedom with responsibility, so you have great opportunity to organize your working day yourself and there is also room for hybrid work if it suits you. As a finance assistant at OrboTech Group, you need to be structured and able to keep up with multiple tasks at the same time, but it is also important to be flexible as conditions and priorities can change quickly.

The service is at 100%, on weekdays during office hours.

Who are we looking for?
We imagine our new colleague as a social, curious and solution-oriented person who possesses the ability to balance structure with spontaneity. You are independent, confident in making your own decisions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Have at least a university degree, with training as an accounting assistant or accounting economist. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in economics.
• Used to working in digital systems.
• It would be an advantage if you have experience from an accounting firm.
