We at OrboTech Sweden AB care about your personal privacy and constantly work in line with current legislation and rules for data protection. With this privacy policy, we want to inform you about how your personal data is handled and processed.

OrboTech is ultimately responsible for handling your personal data. The personal data we process is information that you have provided to us or that we have collected from you or a third party. Personal information is collected when you enter into an agreement with us, when you have been in contact with us via one of our many channels, or if you have visited us at trade fairs or other events. Purpose of handling
We collect and handle personal data in order to best carry out our commitment to you as a customer and / or potential customer. We communicate news and information with targeted content, and exercise our rights and perform our obligations in accordance with applicable law or agreement.

• We handle your information in our IT systems to administer your order of our products or services.

Your personal information may be shared with sister companies in the OrboTech Group, where they will have their own right to use the personal information.

We do not store your information for longer than we are entitled to under data protection legislation, other relevant legislation or rules and guidelines from various authorities.

• We save your information for as long as the customer relationship lasts and sometimes longer to fulfill obligations in law or agreement. 
• We save your information to send you direct marketing during the time we have the right to do so in accordance with current data protection laws, marketing laws or agreements.
• We save your information if you have given your consent to receive direct marketing, newsletters and reminders from us. This until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop contacting you. 

In cases where the information is collected from third parties to be used for direct marketing, the information is not stored longer than we are entitled to. Where clear rules or guidelines are missing, the information is deleted as soon as possible.

You also have the right to obtain the personal data you have provided to us and transfer this to another person responsible for personal data. You never have to provide your personal information to OrboTech, but if you do not, we can usually not enter into or fulfill agreements with you.
