OrboTech Group recruits new service manager for the Swedish companies

As of October this year, OrboTech Sweden AB and Johans Städmaskiner AB have a new joint service manager, Christian Johansson. The recruitment is part of OrboTech Group's strategy to meet a growing need for service and create a strong foundation for continued growth in the robotics segment and circular concepts.

The group of companies and the organization have grown in recent years and continue to grow. The number of service cases is predicted to increase significantly in the near future due to more products on the market, where a large part of these are cleaning robots. In parallel, demand for the companies' circular concept and the model for customers to use products with a full warranty via functional agreements with monthly rent is increasing. The robot segment and the Functional Agreements place higher demands on the company's own service organization and its processes than before, and to accommodate the robot expansion and meet the needs of customers, Christian Johansson is now employed as Service Manager for both OrboTech Sweden AB and Johans Städmaskiner AB.

As Service Manager, Christian will further develop the service organization with the experience he brings from previous management roles at, among others, GDM Konsult and SCA. Christian succeeds Rasmus Burvall - who will instead focus more of his time on his broad and overall management assignment within the group of companies.

OrboTech Group's service organization includes service workshops with service technicians in strategic locations around Sweden - from Malmö in the south to Gällivare in the north.
