Service Agreement - Keep the products in tip-top condition
If you do not acquire a product through a Functional Agreement but rather buy it, but still want to take care of your investment - then we recommend our Service Agreements! For a fixed monthly cost you get a security package where we cover, for example, repairs, spare parts or a loan product in the event of a longer downtime. The exception to the service agreement is:
Cleaning and such things as are referred to as daily maintenance.
Damage caused by incorrect handling and obvious negligence.
