How do I use and take care of my robot?

Phantas has run out of battery, how do I solve it?
– Turn off the charging dock and robot by the main switch.
– Turn the main switch on again.
– Attach the charging cable.
– After 5 seconds, turn the robot on by pushing the power button.
– Put it on auto charging through the station.

It doesn’t pick the trashes, what can I do?
– Make sure that the brush deck is firmly attached.
– If it is, check the brushes, are they worn out? Change.
– If ok, control the trash tray, is it full? Empty.
– If empty, please contact us.

It doesn’t give water, how do I solve it?
– Make sure that there is water in the tank.
– Check the clean water filter, is it dirty? Change it.
– If not dirty, set water level settings on maximum.
– Still doesn’t work? Please contact us.

The robot leaves water behind, what is wrong?
– Make sure the squeegee is not dirty or damaged.
– Check the suction pipe if something is stuck.
– Enhance the suction level.
– Control the HEPA filter, dirty? Clean or change.
– Still doesn’t work? Please contact us.

Suction motor is overloaded, how do I solve it?
– Control the HEPA filter, dirty? Clean or change.
– Check the trash tray and vacuum dust bag, empty/change if needed.
– Check the suction pipes, clean if needed.
– Still doesn’t work? Please contact us.

Wheel motor is overloaded, how do I solve it?
– Check the environment, something that the robot can’t see and hit? If so, move the robot a little bit further away.
– Check the environment, wheel have contact with floor?
– If not, check if something is stuck between the wheel and the wheel cover, remove.
– Still doesn’t work? Please contact us.

I get lidar error, what can I do?
– Make sure the sensors have free sight, something stuck? Remove.
– Clean the robot, focus on the sensors, dumper and side doors.
– Still doesn’t work? Please contact us.

Emergency button is pressed, how do I release it?
– Push to release.

Phantas doesn’t dock, how do I fix the problem?
– Restart the charging dock by the main switch.
– Make sure the surfaces and sensors on the charging dock and the robot is clean.
– Make sure the charging dock is touching the wall and hasn’t been moved from the installation spot.
